Lift Kits & Suspension
Level or lift your cart for better ground clearance and a more commanding stance. We match the right kit to your use — on the course, on the property, or on the street.
Huntsville, Texas
We Don't Just Modify Carts.
We Build Them Right.
From lift kits and premium upholstery to full performance builds — every cart that rolls out of our shop in Huntsville is built to last, built to stand out, and built with the kind of care you won't find at a big-box dealer.
What We Do
Custom builds. Professional installs.
No shortcuts.
Performance Upgrades
High-torque motors, extended-range batteries, and controller tuning. If your cart feels sluggish or can't keep up, we'll make it perform like it should.
Custom Body & Paint
Fresh paint, wraps, pinstriping, or a complete body restoration. Tell us the look you want and we'll deliver a finish that turns heads every time you pull up.
Interior & Upholstery
Seats, dash panels, weather tops, and flooring. We replace worn-out interiors with quality materials that look sharp and hold up to daily use.
Lighting & Accessories
LED light bars, underglow, spotlights, stereos, cup holders, and more. Functional or decorative — we install it all so your cart is ready for anything.
Sales & Trade-Ins
Looking for a new or used cart? We stock quality pre-owned models and can help you find the right one. Trade-ins are welcome — we make it simple.
About Us
Built by people who actually know carts.
Down South Custom Golf Carts isn't a franchise or a online storefront. We're a Huntsville-based shop that works on carts the way we'd want our own built — thoroughly, honestly, and with attention to the details most places skip.
Whether you need a simple maintenance tune-up, a full suspension overhaul, or a show-quality custom build, we bring the same standard to every job. No upsells, no shortcuts, no surprises on the bill.
